My name is Ryan, and I am one of the people behind this little company!

I grew up in and around Chicago, and from the time I was a kid I was always outside: hiking forest preserves, fishing local rivers and Lake Michigan, camping whenever I could. Those days outdoors were everything to me.

A few years ago I started noticing how much single-use plastic was showing up in the places I love: detergent jugs, shampoo bottles, all of it washed up on beaches or tangled in brush along trails. Then I started reading labels and saw that a lot of the big detergent brands are loaded with ingredients that don't break down and aren't good for fish, rivers, or people.

It bothered me that something we all use every week was quietly adding to the mess.

I'm not a scientist or an activist, just a regular guy who wanted to offer something that actually helps instead of hurts. So with a lot of help from people who know way more than I do, we started making ultra-concentrated, plastic-free laundry sheets that dissolve completely, clean great, and skip the harsh stuff.

We're still a tiny team figuring things out as we go, and every order keeps us moving forward and gets this into more homes. More than anything, we just want to make it easy for normal people (not only the zero-waste crowd) to ditch a bunch of plastic and questionable chemicals without spending extra or jumping through hoops.
